Pattern created using draping technique and machine used to sew three pieces of buckram shaped with steam
Covered in spandex and brim lined with bias tape
Using a modified Attendant pattern, base made from steamed and shaped buckram and covered with spandex
Brim lined with bias tape and feathers hand-tacked
Metal crescent shaped headband used as base and covered with printed vinyl and stuffed with polyfill for texture
Back hood constructed like a bonnet with an elastic casing
Rigid vinyl fabric holds shape when scrunched
